Shipping
We want to make shipping as easy as possible for you! Here’s what to expect:
• Free Shipping: Most items ship at no extra cost. If an item has shipping fees, you’ll see them at checkout.
• Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and delivery method.
• Additional Fees: Some items may have extra charges due to weight, distance, or special handling.
• Special Delivery Costs: If your location requires permits, ferry fees, or other delivery surcharges, these will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Fragile & Large Items: Some lighting, furniture, and delicate pieces may need crating, which will be covered by the customer.
• Delivery to Your Curb: Most free shipping orders are delivered curbside, as LTL carriers aren’t able to enter homes.
• White Glove Delivery:
For fragile, oversized, or premium pieces, White Glove Delivery is recommended. This service includes bringing the item(s) inside your home, carrying them up one flight of stairs, and removing all packaging materials.
This service does not include assembly, installation, moving existing furniture, or making modifications to your home. However, assembly services may be available for select items at an additional cost—if applicable, this option will appear at checkout.
• Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states. We can also arrange delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, but customers will be responsible for freight costs, and all sales will be final.
• Freight Costs & Order Cancellations: If shipping costs make an order unfeasible, we’ll reach out to discuss options—whether it’s covering part of the cost or canceling with a full refund.

Shipping times depend on the vendor and product type. All lead times are estimates and subject to change. If any unexpected delays occur, we
will notify you as soon as possible.
