Please note: All items ship for free with the exception of Limehouse, which includes additional international shipping charges calculated at checkout.

General Shipping Guidelines

We currently ship within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipping times vary by product and vendor. Estimated lead times are provided on each product page. Please review shipping information before placing your order. If you have questions about specific lead times, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Lead Times

Shipping times depend on the vendor and product type. All lead times are estimates and subject to change. If any unexpected delays occur, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees - The Limehouse Lamp Co.

All Limehouse items ship via air freight from the United Kingdom. A shipping fee of 20% plus applicable customs and import fees will be added at checkout.
This pricing ensures clarity and peace of mind when ordering internationally.

White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery includes inside placement, unwrapping, removal of packaging, and up to 30 minutes of light assembly. Delivery is to the first floor only (or where elevator access is available). White glove shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Once the item is accepted and packaging is removed, it is no longer eligible for return.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Keep original packaging.

  • Items ordered together may or may not ship together and are not always packaged in the same box.

  • Freight carriers may deliver your items to a fulfillment center before delivery to your space.

  • A signature is required for freight shipments

 

Buyer Responsibility & Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item will fit through all access points upon delivery. We are not responsible if a piece cannot be delivered due to clearance issues.
