Handcrafted from cast brass, this colonial-style chandelier features castings from the original and is meticulously finished to create a grand centerpiece. Ideal for large drawing rooms or over a grand dining table, the Empire chandelier makes a bold statement. Matching storm glasses and wall sconces are also available to complement the design.

- Curbside Delivery: Most standard shipping orders are delivered to your curb. Freight carriers do not enter residences.
- White Glove Delivery: If available, this option will appear at checkout and includes in-home placement, one flight of stairs, and packaging removal. Assembly is not included but may be available for an additional cost.
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship within the contiguous 48 states. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are available, but customers are responsible for all freight costs, and sales are final.
- Freight Costs & Order Cancellations: If shipping costs make an order unfeasible, we will reach out to discuss options, including covering part of the cost or canceling with a full refund.

Returns:
- Returns are accepted for select items within 10 days of delivery. Please check the product page for eligibility.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customized, made-to-order, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Damages & Claims:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
- Freight Deliveries: Inspect before signing. If damaged, refuse the shipment and note “Damaged” on the bill of lading. We’ll arrange a replacement.
