Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

International Shipping: 
At the moment, we only ship within the continental US. We offer international shipping.  After you place your order, we will contact you with your international shipping costs via email.  Your order will not be considered final and will not be charged until you approve the international shipping costs.

Expedited Shipping:
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to offer expedited shipping on all orders. 

Return Policy

Hadley James prioritizes our customer experience above all else and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items, item will be noted as eligible for a return on the product page. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, a return shipping fee applies. Items must be postmarked by the 30th day to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in good condition, uninstalled and still in original packaging.  Please email orders@hadleyjameslighting.com to start a return. 

All custom orders and made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
Our items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen.  Please open and inspect your package upon receipt.  

If your light is damaged or there is an error in the order, please email us at orders@hadleyjameslighting.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a claim.  Clear photos of the damage or error will be required to process the claim. Please leave the light in its original packaging. 

Hadley James Lighting is not responsible for slight variations in tone, finish, texture, uneven grain, marks and color in all natural products. (Including, but not limited to: rattan, wicker, bamboo, seagrass, wood, marble…) No two natural items will look identical and are not considered incorrect or damaged.  Also, we are not responsible for variations in color between the product you receive and the product shown on our website as all computers display colors differently.

Damage Policy for Freight Items
If your order arrives via freight and arrives with obvious damage, please refuse the shipment (Before Signing) and mark damaged on the bill of lading. Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or damaged item.  If item is refused prior to inspection of the item, you may be subject to re-delivery fees.  After refusal of your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours with the photos of the damage.  Damage claims reported after 48 hours of your item’s arrival may be declined. Clear photos of the damage are mandatory to process the claim. After we file your claim, a replacement item will be ordered and shipped to you.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Hadley James Lighting is not responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages. Should your order be lost or stolen after it has shipped, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

Pricing Policy

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to sales tax in accordance with state and local laws.  There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

Ordering and Cancellation

Please review your order confirmation for accuracy.  Confirmation will be sent to the email address given during checkout.  For any changes or to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours by emailing orders@hadleyjameslighting.com. Orders can not be canceled after 24 hours.
